Photography can be deceptively simple and very complex at the same time. The proof is in the pudding, but the best quality imagery of interior spaces involves using additional lighting to balance daylight and interior light, both quantity and colour temperature. Images with off colour window views with a cloudy look to them are likely done with a simple multi exposure technique called HDR that doesn't include the use of additional lighting. The windows and overall lack of crispness and lack of accurate colour are a telltale giveaway. HDR allows a photographer to be in and out of a home in record time, but it doesn't show the home in its best light.
Premium properties deserve to be shown without compromise, to get you the opportunity to get a face to face contact.

Editing the images is necessary to show the property in its best light and not to distort or misrepresent it in any way. In order to do that, we use multiple exposures, with and without flash and in post production pull the best of each in multi layered Photoshop files to create a final image that you can be proud for your client to see. This is called the "Flambient" technique. Editing these images can involve contrast masking, luminance blending and much more to make the best and most accurate rendition of the photo for your listing. In the end, the goal is to catch people's attention, which in the end is what you need in your marketing to get the opportunity of a one on one contact with the prospective client.
